What is Your Return Policy?
Thank you for shopping at Pavey’s Pieces. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.
Should you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days from the date you receive it for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a return.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
1. Start Your Return: Please click here to download and print the return form.
2. Send It Back: Return the item to us within 14 days of delivery. All returns should be sent to the address below via Royal Mail only:

We will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days upon receipt and verification of the item’s condition.
Please Note:
● Do not email daily regarding returns; they are processed in sequence.
● Swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
● Items purchased through social media stories or tweets are final sales and not subject to returns.
● Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Can I Cancel an Order?
If you change your mind about an order, please notify us immediately before the shipment is collected. Orders are processed swiftly, and once a tracking email has been sent, cancellation is not possible. Cancellation fees may apply based on the payment method:
● PayPal: 5%
● Credit/Debit/Apple Pay: 5%
Returns on Layaway Orders:
Layaway orders do not qualify for our 14-day return policy. Instead, we can offer a full store credit if the item is returned.
I Received the Wrong Item!
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
● All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging.
● Ensure returned items are well packaged and returned using a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit.
● If returning from outside the UK, label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid import charges. Ensure the customs declaration form has the 'Return Goods' option ticked.
● Include the completed returns form with your item to ensure your return is processed promptly.
