At Pavey’s Pieces, we partner with DPD's Priority service for all UK deliveries. To qualify for Next Day delivery, please place your order before our 4:00pm cut-off time. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following business day.

For our international customers outside the EU, please note that import duties and taxes may apply once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are typically collected at the time of delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before ordering.

Missed your delivery? No worries! With DPD's flexible service, you can arrange for your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your convenience. Please ensure your mobile number is provided at checkout to receive a text message with
your one-hour delivery slot.

If no delivery adjustments are requested and the parcel is left by the driver, the
responsibility for the package transfers to you. Should the order be returned to us
due to circumstances beyond our control, any costs associated with re-delivery will be your responsibility.
